Kids Are Enjoying the Pool

We did not do any lessons today. I put a few mail in our mail box today. As soon as I’m by the front door I realize the post man will not take until tomorrow. Then it hit me, I become lazy and I don’t want to do anything. Kids bugged me as early as 9 in the morning if they can play in the pool.

I was thinking about deleting this friendster account for good a few weeks ago. However, this is the only way I can communicate with one of my nephews. Plus my HS friends are here too. Time flies so fast, I can’t believe it’s been a month since I posted something. How was your Valentines Day? The kids and I bake sugar cookies for Valentines day. I think I bake enough that everyone had enough for a while. Even DH who loves sweets gave up…lol.

Christmas Break

I am so glad that the kids have a Christmas break. I can have a break too. They are home school and since we started late in the year they had to start in the very beginning of the lessons. My 2nd grader finish his first grading period from the B & M school and K12 still start him in the very beginning also.
It feels so good not to worry if we can finish the day lessons. Plus this cold weather is getting into me. I feel so lazy and not to mention I got so sick a right after my 8 years old birthday party. And teaching while I’m sick is not a good idea.
I’m just glad we can have two weeks off. I can finally recharge and start anew when new year comes.

Happy Thanksgiving

How was your Thanksgiving? Mine is not so bad. My sister called from CA wishing my family a Happy Thanksgiving. I started cooking late and didn’t that my nieces are leaving early to work, so I have to cook all the side dish for them to eat. Turkey was done at 4:30pm and they had to be at work at 4:00pm. That is what happens when I am not inform of their schedules.
At least they came, not like other holidays that they have other plans.

If you don’t have anything better to do, just like myself lets protest infront of federal building today. The group we belong to is having a rally there in related to federal reserve is unconstitutional.
The maker of this group should have schedule it during work day, because I’m pretty sure no one will even notice us because it’s Saturday. Only the tourist will see us protesting there and wondering what we are doing.
Anyway the thought counts, and hoping to see you there my dear readers. Please support us to get rid of federal reserve steeling from the hard working people of this country and printing money with no gold backup. Come out and make a difference.

Million dollars corporation are getting bail out by the government and the hard working citizen has nothing. They are losing their jobs and houses and who bails them out? Not you,…you and your congressmen/women who voted for this bail out. How do you sleep at night knowing you have taken people hard earn money? Yea, I know you just lay down in you soft bed in your house worth million of dollars, with maids and butlers serving your every wish.

Interesting Turned Out

I saw a lot of blog about the winner of Tuesday election here is the US. I can’t believe that there are so much people in this world has no knowledge on what he (the winner) stand for.
He is giving everyone the rights for everything. Meaning if you have a lot, he will take it away from you and give it to those who don’t have the things that you have. If your business is earning billions and getting very big, he will cut it in half because you are not allowed to have such a big corporation. He will give people medical insurance because he thinks everyone needs it.
And guess what, who will be paying for all of these. The tax paying people. We are paying too much taxes on everything already and here are more taxes to be paid. Because people like you can’t do it on your own. You need the government to step in and help you about your everyday spendings. People who are brained wash by the mass media thinks all the same.
Lucky enough for me, I was brought up the old fashion way. No TV, no media affecting my upbringing. It is the reason why I can see what they are doing to the hard working people of this country.
And I can’t believe most of the Philippine blogs that I saw is rooting for the winner. Do you people even know what he had done in the fast? You people always goes for the very popular one, just like the way you vote for Estrada and other celebrities in that country. They only join politics because they know there are more money to corrupt than acting.
Do not depend on other, work hard for your own family. And stop making excuses about the obvious. See it the way it is, do not add cream filling on what is in front of you.
